ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Orders placed through our website are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of successful order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during periods of unusually high order volumes may require additional processing time. Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking or delivery information through SMS, email, WhatsApp or other available communication channels.
 

DELIVERY TIMELINE

For orders shipped across India, the estimated delivery time is generally 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location, courier partner and service availability. Delivery timelines provided on our website are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, remote delivery locations or other unforeseen circumstances.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY WITHIN LUCKNOW

We offer Same-Day Delivery within Lucknow for eligible orders and serviceable locations.

Same-day delivery is subject to:

• The order being placed within the applicable same-day delivery cut-off time;

• Product availability;

• Delivery address and serviceability;

• Availability of our local delivery service; and

• Successful order confirmation.

Orders placed after the applicable cut-off time may be delivered on the next working day. Where available, same-day delivery eligibility and any applicable delivery charges will be communicated at checkout or during order confirmation. Fragrantor’s Aroma Lab Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or temporarily suspend same-day delivery due to operational constraints, adverse weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Applicable shipping or delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed. Shipping charges may vary depending on the order value, delivery location, selected delivery method and any promotional shipping offers applicable at the time of purchase.
 

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, customers will receive relevant tracking information after the order has been dispatched. Please allow some time after dispatch for the courier partner's tracking system to update the shipment status.
 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and contact number while placing an order. Fragrantor’s Aroma Lab Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Address modifications may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
 

FAILED DELIVERY

Our delivery or courier partner may attempt to contact you if there is difficulty delivering your order. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient, refusal to accept the order or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests the order to be shipped again.
 

DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

In the event that your order is significantly delayed or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We will coordinate with the relevant courier or delivery partner to investigate and assist with the shipment.
 

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives visibly damaged or you discover that the product has been damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. You may be requested to provide photographs or an unboxing video of the package and product to assist us in verifying the issue. Eligible damaged-product claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
